What poster sizes are available and do they apply to all of the products?

We currently offer A sizes for all of our posters and will soon be introducing 2:3 and 3:4 ratios for our growing American customer base. For A sizes, we offer all posters up to A2, and some are available at A1. This depends on how we make the posters and the level of detail in the artwork.  We are working to make A1 available across the board.

What size can I print the digital files on?

For our digital files these can be printed up to size A2 for perfect quality. Some can be printed at A1 - Please message us if you require this size. You can however print at a larger size if you wish however we can not guarantee the quality of this and it may result in some blur.

How will you ship my item?

We wrap your poster in tissue or kraft paper, then roll it into a weather-proof cardboard tube, parcel bag, or box (depending on the item) to protect it during even the most turbulent deliveries. As apart of our sustainably promise, most of the packaging we use is also plastic free!

Why can I not see any progress on my tracking information?

We have noticed that some of the international shipping providers we use do not integrate and show up to date tracking and shipping progress sometimes. To see your tracking if you have this issue, please use https://parcelsapp.com/ or contact us.

I would like a small change to a design - is that possible?

We will always try to accommodate a small alteration for you where we can such as adding a small tagline or title. For larger alterations this may be possible too but could be an additional charge. Feel free to drop us a message to discuss!

Can I get a refund on a custom or digital order?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return for custom-made or digital items unless they have a defect. If you have a problem with your item please reach out to us - we are here to help!
